A letter to Daisy

 Dear Daisy

When I first step my feet in Germany, I never thought that the thing that really amazed me wasn't how the German people look like, the transportation system, or the snow that I'd even dreamed of seeing since I was 8 years old. Yes, the first thing that very astonished me was you, flower of daisy. At first, I didn't know you, I was just very fascinated by the flowering plants that grew on the expanse of grass covered with a white snow carpet during the harsh winter. How do you keep growing cheerfully, with heartwarming colors? Yellow, purple, green, and white. What a perfect combination. I'm trying to get to know you via google image on my mobile. When I knew your name Daisy, oh it turns out you are Daisy, I have often heard your name as a European plant in the Asteraceae family in my plant ecology study but I never thought that you would be more beautiful when I met you in real. Maybe you are not the roses or lilies that many people want to buy and display on the storefront, but for me, you have your charm, the lushness of yourself on the grass for me is like a warm welcome in the cold of winter. Day after day it is so exciting for me to go to university because the front yard of the department is full of you which makes me smile every time I get off the bus. Until spring comes, I was even happier. How could I not? your beauty shines even more and makes me smile sometimes laughing like a crazy girl just because I'm so happy to see you standing and blooming inviting new cutie little friends that also overawe, the honey bumblebee Apis mellifera. The swarms of honey bees flying around make me fall in love and like you more and more every day.

Cheers

Anggia
